Before you write to us
Do you work outside Madhya Pradesh?
Yes. We have delivered assignments in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra, and international projects in Cambodia, LAO-PDR and Ghana. Support is provided from our Jabalpur office, at the client's own office, or at site, depending on what the assignment requires.
Can we engage you for only part of a project?
Yes, and most engagements begin that way. A survey, a DPR, a structural design package, a pre-bid estimate or a TPI assignment are all taken on individually. Many clients extend the scope once the working relationship is established.
Do you support contractors at the bidding stage?
That is one of our core areas. We prepare pre-bid design, quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation, along with technical and commercial bid documentation, so the bid is competitive without being undeliverable at the price offered.
Do you work under FIDIC contracts?
Yes. Our team manages compliance and contract administration under FIDIC and other international contractual frameworks, including claims, time extension applications and contractual correspondence.
What do you need in order to give us a proposal?
The project type and location, approximate value, current stage, and the scope you want covered. Drawings, tender documents or a DPR extract help, but are not essential for a first discussion.
Can you take on international assignments?
Yes. We have completed business development and project management mandates on water supply programmes in Cambodia, LAO-PDR and Ghana, covering tender and bid management, liaison, technical documentation, project analysis, costing and vendor management.
