Services
Project Management, Survey & TPI
PMC from client liaison to bill certification, the survey and DPR work that precedes a project, and the independent inspection that verifies it.
How we deliver
We act for the client — certifying the contractor's bills, not raising them.
Project management consultancy covers the span between an awarded contract and a commissioned asset. Our role is to keep the project on programme and on budget, verify that what is built matches what was specified, and give the client an independent view of progress at every stage.
That is a different position from the contractor's, and it is the reason authorities and lenders appoint a PMC in the first place. The same team also carries out the survey and DPR work that precedes a project, and the third-party inspection that verifies it.

Project charter setting out scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities. Business case covering feasibility, costs, risks and benefits.
Planning
Budgets, activity definition, scope, schedule, risk identification, staffing, procurement and the work breakdown structure.
Executing
Allocating project resources, scheduling tasks and maintaining continuous status updates.
Controlling
Monitoring project performance against objectives, tracking effort and cost, and verifying quality deliverables.
Closing
Final measurement, bill certification, snag clearance, documentation handover and closure of the project.
Before the project
Survey, Feasibility and DPR

Ground truth before design
Design assumptions should rest on measured ground conditions rather than estimates. Our survey team operates DGPS and total station equipment, and the output feeds directly into the design packages that follow.
- Topographical and contour survey
- Land mapping and layout validation
- Detailed Project Reports (DPR)
- Structural feasibility studies and reports
- Catchment Area Treatment (CAT) plans
- Hydraulic studies and flood management plans
Recent DPR work includes the water supply scheme for Bhurkalkhapa Industrial Area at Seoni (₹ 90 crore) and the water supply and sanitation scheme for Bagaspur Industrial Area at Narsinghpur (₹ 40 crore), both for EDMG, Jabalpur, and the Bagh river diversion project for MPIDC at Balaghat.
Independent verification
TPI, Site Audit and Design Review
For clients who need confirmation that what was specified is what is being built — authorities, lenders and owners rather than contractors.
Third-Party Inspection
Independent inspection of materials, workmanship and completed work against the approved specification, with documented findings the client can act on.
Proof Checking & Design Review
Review of third-party structural and hydraulic calculations and drawings, including constructability assessment, before anything is released to site.
Site Technical Audit
Audit of site records, execution quality and measurement against the contract, carried out for owners and funding bodies.
Quality and Safety Inspection
Verification against the project quality plan and inspection and test plans, with safety compliance checked at the same visit.
Quality and safety systemsProcurement
Vendor and procurement support
Identification
Building a vendor list against the technical specification rather than against price alone, drawing on suppliers we have worked with before.
Assessment
Technical and commercial evaluation of offers, with comparison statements the client can take to an approval committee.
Finalisation
Negotiation and finalisation support through to order placement, with the specification protected through the commercial discussion.
